We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions: 

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return

Return Process

• Email us at X@dysphoric.world with your order number and reason for return

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees

• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return to process your refund

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and size.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

International Shipping

• At the moment, we only offer shipping in the United States.

Delivery Time

• Domestic: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier or customs.
